18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement ("Statement") is provided by PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us") for informational and compliance purposes.

PRV.CAM operates as a technology, administrative, marketing and creator support platform. PRV.CAM does not create, produce, direct, commission, manage, employ, script, supervise or otherwise participate in the production of creator-generated content.

PRV.CAM does not act as a primary producer or secondary producer, as those terms may be defined under applicable United States laws and regulations, with respect to creator-generated content created, published or distributed by independent creators.

Independent Creator Responsibility

All creators using services associated with PRV.CAM are independent individuals who remain solely responsible for their own content, activities, records, documentation, legal compliance and regulatory obligations.

Each creator represents and warrants that they maintain all records required by applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, including any age verification records, consent documentation, identification records and compliance materials required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R. Part 75 or any similar legal requirement applicable within their jurisdiction.

Creators further represent and warrant that all individuals appearing in any content have reached the legally required age at the time of production and possess the legal capacity to participate.

No Custody of Creator Records

Except where expressly required by law or contract, PRV.CAM does not serve as the records custodian for creator-generated content.

PRV.CAM does not undertake responsibility for maintaining, auditing, reviewing, validating or certifying creator-maintained compliance records.

Responsibility for maintaining legally required records remains exclusively with the creator and, where applicable, the producer or publisher responsible for the content.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Content associated with creators may be published, distributed, displayed, transmitted or made available through third-party platforms, services and technologies that operate independently from PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM does not control the compliance policies, recordkeeping procedures, regulatory obligations or legal requirements imposed by such third parties.

Creators remain solely responsible for satisfying any compliance obligations imposed by third-party platforms and applicable laws.

Age Verification Commitment

PRV.CAM supports industry-standard age verification and identity verification procedures as part of its onboarding, compliance and risk-management practices.

However, no verification process can guarantee the authenticity, completeness or accuracy of information supplied by third parties or independent applicants.

Creators remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and sufficiency of all legally required records.

Reporting Compliance Concerns

Individuals who believe that content associated with PRV.CAM may violate applicable age verification requirements, recordkeeping obligations or related legal standards are encouraged to submit relevant information through the official communication channels published by PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate, review, restrict, suspend or terminate access where compliance concerns are identified.

Reservation of Rights

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to request documentation, records, certifications, identification materials, age verification records, consent records or other information reasonably necessary to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements or platform policies.

Failure to cooperate with compliance requests may result in restriction, suspension or termination of access to services.

No Legal Advice

Nothing contained within this Statement constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance advice or professional guidance.

Creators, users and third parties should consult qualified legal counsel regarding their individual obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any creator's failure to maintain records, comply with legal requirements, satisfy age verification obligations or fulfill regulatory responsibilities.

PRV.CAM expressly disclaims responsibility for records, certifications, representations, warranties or legal compliance obligations that belong to independent creators, producers, publishers or third-party service providers.

Indemnification

Creators agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, investigations, liabilities, penalties, fines, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to age verification failures, recordkeeping deficiencies, regulatory violations, inaccurate representations or non-compliance with applicable laws.

Updates to this Statement

PRV.CAM reserves the right to modify, amend, replace or update this Statement at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Statement.
