Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refunds, cancellations, credits, reversals, reimbursements and related matters concerning services, subscriptions, promotional services, advertising services, premium features, marketing services, digital services and any other products or services offered by PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us").

By purchasing, ordering, subscribing to or otherwise obtaining any service or product from PRV.CAM, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Nature of Services

PRV.CAM primarily provides digital services, technology services, administrative services, marketing services, promotional services, creator support services, consulting services, software-related services and other intangible products.

Users acknowledge that digital services often begin immediately upon purchase and may involve the allocation of resources, personnel, infrastructure, software systems, promotional assets or business operations.

General No-Refund Policy

Except where expressly required by applicable law, all purchases, fees, subscriptions, service charges, commissions, promotional fees, advertising fees, administrative fees and other payments made to PRV.CAM are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, reimbursements, credits or reversals shall be provided solely because a user changes their mind, no longer wishes to use a service, experiences different results than expected, fails to utilize purchased services or becomes dissatisfied with outcomes that were never guaranteed.

No Guarantee of Results

PRV.CAM does not guarantee traffic, revenue, audience growth, account approval, account performance, visibility, marketing results, commercial success, business opportunities, conversion rates or any other specific outcome.

The absence of expected results shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Digital Services and Immediate Performance

Where services begin immediately, are activated upon purchase, involve administrative work, technical work, consulting services, onboarding activities, promotional activities, account support, software access or other operational activities, such services shall be considered delivered in whole or in part upon commencement.

Services that have commenced, been activated, configured, delivered or partially performed may not be eligible for refund.

Advertising and Promotional Services

Payments for advertising, promotional campaigns, featured placements, traffic generation services, visibility enhancements, sponsored listings, marketing campaigns or related promotional activities are non-refundable once a campaign has been activated, scheduled, launched or otherwise processed.

PRV.CAM does not guarantee advertising performance or marketing results.

Subscription Services

Where subscription-based services are offered, subscriptions may remain active until cancelled in accordance with applicable procedures.

Cancellation of a subscription shall not automatically entitle a user to a refund for current, prior or partially used billing periods.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees already charged remain non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, payment disputes or similar actions in bad faith.

Where a chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute is initiated, PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to suspend services, terminate accounts, restrict access, recover losses, pursue collection efforts and take any action deemed appropriate to protect its interests.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to provide relevant records, communications, logs, invoices, service records and other evidence to payment processors, financial institutions and dispute resolution entities.

Fraud Prevention

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to deny refunds where fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized activity, policy violations, account misuse, false claims or other improper conduct is suspected.

Refund requests may be subject to verification procedures, compliance reviews and investigation.

Exceptional Refunds

PRV.CAM may, at its sole discretion and without creating any obligation or precedent, issue a full refund, partial refund, account credit or other goodwill adjustment.

Any such decision shall be voluntary and shall not create a continuing right to refunds in future situations.

Third-Party Fees

PRV.CAM shall not be responsible for payment processor fees, banking fees, exchange rate losses, intermediary charges, transfer costs, taxes or other third-party charges incurred during payment processing.

Such amounts may be excluded from any refund calculation where permitted by law.

Refund Request Procedure

Where a refund request is permitted, requests must be submitted through official communication channels and must include sufficient information to identify the relevant transaction and basis for the request.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to request additional information before reviewing any request.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for dissatisfaction with services, unmet expectations, business losses, advertising performance, marketing outcomes, account performance, subscription cancellations, denied refund requests or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to purchases or refund decisions.

Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, disputes, investigations, chargebacks, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from refund disputes, payment disputes, payment reversals or related financial matters.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws governing the legal entity operating PRV.CAM. Any dispute relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the registered operator of PRV.CAM, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
