Payment Dispute Policy
This Payment Dispute Policy ("Policy") governs all payment-related inquiries, disputes, claims, objections, reviews, adjustments and financial disagreements arising from or relating to PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us"), including creator earnings, affiliate commissions, referral compensation, bonuses, incentives, revenue shares, payment calculations, payment processing and related financial matters.
By participating in any program, service or compensation structure offered by PRV.CAM, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.
Purpose of this Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to establish clear procedures for resolving payment-related concerns while protecting the operational integrity, accounting accuracy, compliance obligations and legitimate business interests of PRV.CAM.
This Policy applies to all creators, affiliates, partners, contractors, users and other individuals or entities receiving or claiming compensation from PRV.CAM.
Official Financial Records
All earnings, commissions, revenue shares, bonuses, incentives, referral payments and other compensation shall be determined exclusively by the official records, reports, accounting systems, databases, tracking systems and operational records maintained or relied upon by PRV.CAM.
In the event of any discrepancy between information available to a participant and information maintained by PRV.CAM, the records available to PRV.CAM shall be considered controlling, final and authoritative unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Third-Party Reporting Sources
PRV.CAM may rely upon information obtained from third-party platforms, payment processors, affiliate systems, analytics systems, reporting systems, financial institutions, service providers or other external sources.
PRV.CAM shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, delays, omissions, reporting discrepancies, technical failures or accounting errors originating from third-party providers.
Where compensation depends upon third-party reporting, PRV.CAM may rely upon such reporting without independent verification.
Dispute Submission Requirements
All payment disputes, inquiries or objections must be submitted in writing through official communication channels designated by PRV.CAM.
Disputes must include sufficient information to identify the account, transaction, reporting period, disputed amount and basis for the claim.
PRV.CAM reserves the right to reject incomplete, unsupported, repetitive, abusive, speculative or bad-faith submissions.
Dispute Deadline
Any payment dispute must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the relevant earnings report, payment report, statement or transaction became available.
After expiration of this period, all reports, statements, calculations and payments shall be deemed accepted, accurate and final.
PRV.CAM shall have no obligation to review claims submitted after the applicable deadline.
Investigation Process
PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to investigate any payment dispute, accounting discrepancy, reporting concern, commission claim, referral claim, earnings claim or financial objection.
During an investigation, PRV.CAM may request documentation, explanations, records, traffic information, transaction information, verification materials or other information reasonably necessary to assess the matter.
Failure to cooperate may result in closure of the review and denial of the claim.
Temporary Holds and Suspensions
PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to temporarily withhold, delay, suspend, reserve, restrict or freeze payments during investigations involving fraud concerns, reporting discrepancies, compliance reviews, chargebacks, suspicious activity, legal risks, accounting irregularities or operational concerns.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where permitted by law and deemed necessary by PRV.CAM.
Chargebacks, Reversals and Corrections
PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to adjust, reverse, cancel, deduct, recover or offset payments arising from chargebacks, refunds, reversals, invalid traffic, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, reporting corrections, accounting adjustments, compliance issues, policy violations or any circumstance affecting compensation eligibility.
This right survives account closure, suspension, termination and cessation of participation.
No Automatic Entitlement
The submission of a dispute does not create an entitlement to compensation, payment adjustment, reimbursement, credit, settlement or favorable outcome.
PRV.CAM reserves sole discretion in determining whether any correction, adjustment or payment modification is appropriate.
Operational and Accounting Discretion
PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to interpret, apply and enforce its compensation rules, accounting methodologies, attribution systems, reporting procedures, commission calculations and operational policies.
Reasonable accounting adjustments, corrections and reconciliations may be made at any time.
Fraudulent and Abusive Claims
Users may not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, repetitive or bad-faith payment claims.
PRV.CAM reserves the right to reject such claims and to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where abuse of dispute procedures is identified.
Costs of Investigation
Where permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM reserves the right to recover reasonable costs associated with investigations, dispute resolution efforts, compliance reviews, fraud reviews, legal proceedings or enforcement actions arising from false, fraudulent or abusive claims.
Such amounts may be deducted from current or future payments.
No Interest on Disputed Amounts
Unless required by applicable law, disputed, reserved, withheld or delayed amounts shall not accrue interest and shall not create any investment, banking, fiduciary or trust relationship between PRV.CAM and any participant.
Final Determination
Following completion of an internal review, PRV.CAM may issue a determination regarding the dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, such determination shall be considered final, binding and controlling for all operational purposes.
PRV.CAM shall not be obligated to provide internal records, proprietary calculations, source data, fraud detection methodologies, accounting systems or confidential business information during the dispute process.
No Waiver of Rights
The investigation, review or discussion of a dispute shall not constitute an admission of liability, acceptance of a claim, waiver of rights or modification of any agreement, policy or legal position maintained by PRV.CAM.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for payment delays, payment adjustments, accounting corrections, dispute outcomes, reporting discrepancies, processor failures, banking delays, chargebacks, reversals, compliance reviews, suspended payments, withheld funds or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from payment-related matters.
Indemnification
Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from payment disputes, financial claims, reporting disputes, accounting disagreements, fraudulent claims or payment-related legal proceedings.
Policy Updates
PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace or update this Policy at any time. Continued participation following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws governing the legal entity operating PRV.CAM. Any dispute relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the registered operator of PRV.CAM, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
