Earnings & Payment Policy

This Earnings & Payment Policy ("Policy") governs all earnings, commissions, revenue shares, payouts, transfers, reserves, adjustments, deductions and other financial matters arising from or related to participation in PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us").

By applying for, accessing or participating in any creator-related program, support service, referral program, revenue-sharing arrangement or other compensation structure offered by PRV.CAM, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

No Guarantee of Earnings

PRV.CAM does not guarantee earnings, revenue, profits, audience growth, account approval, traffic volume, business opportunities, commercial success or any financial outcome.

Any figures, examples, estimates, projections, historical results, promotional materials or communications are provided solely for informational purposes and shall not be interpreted as promises, guarantees or representations of future performance.

Individual results may vary significantly and depend upon numerous factors beyond the control of PRV.CAM.

Independent Financial Risk

Each creator assumes full responsibility for all business, financial, commercial, regulatory and operational risks associated with their activities.

Participation in creator-related activities involves uncertainty and financial risk, which is accepted entirely by the creator.

PRV.CAM shall not be responsible for any loss of expected income, loss of opportunity, reduced revenue, business interruption or financial losses of any kind.

Calculation of Earnings

Any earnings, commissions, revenue shares, bonuses, incentives or other compensation may be calculated using methodologies, systems, formulas, reporting tools and operational procedures determined by PRV.CAM or applicable third-party service providers.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify calculation methods, commission structures, eligibility criteria, payout procedures and compensation models at any time.

All calculations performed by PRV.CAM shall be deemed final and controlling unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Third-Party Revenue Sources

PRV.CAM may rely upon information, reports, statistics, transaction data, accounting records or payment reports received from third-party providers, platforms, processors, networks, affiliates or service providers.

PRV.CAM shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, delays, omissions, interruptions, reporting errors, technical failures or accounting discrepancies originating from third parties.

Where compensation depends upon third-party reporting, PRV.CAM may rely upon such reporting without independent verification.

Payment Eligibility

No payment obligation arises unless all applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

PRV.CAM may require identity verification, age verification, compliance reviews, tax documentation, payment information verification, account reviews, fraud prevention checks or any other procedures deemed necessary before payments are approved.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to withhold payments pending completion of any review process.

Minimum Payout Thresholds

PRV.CAM may establish minimum payout thresholds, payment schedules, processing requirements, reserve requirements or administrative conditions before any payment becomes eligible for processing.

Amounts below applicable thresholds may be carried forward until eligibility requirements are satisfied.

Payment Processing Delays

Payment processing times are estimates only and may vary depending upon banking systems, payment processors, compliance reviews, holidays, technical issues, fraud prevention procedures, third-party providers, regulatory requirements or operational circumstances.

PRV.CAM shall not be liable for delays occurring within or outside its control.

Payment Methods

PRV.CAM reserves the right to determine available payment methods, supported countries, supported currencies, supported processors and payment eligibility requirements.

Payment methods may be modified, restricted, suspended or discontinued at any time without liability.

Creators are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Currency Conversion

Where currency conversion is required, conversion rates may be determined by financial institutions, payment processors, banking providers, third-party services or internal operational procedures.

PRV.CAM shall not be responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, conversion losses, banking fees or related financial impacts.

Administrative Fees and Deductions

PRV.CAM reserves the right to deduct applicable fees, administrative charges, processing costs, banking fees, compliance costs, reserve requirements, taxes, regulatory expenses, dispute-related costs, legal costs or other amounts reasonably associated with operation of the platform or resolution of financial matters.

Applicable deductions may be implemented before or after payment calculations.

Fraud Prevention and Financial Review

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to review, investigate, audit, suspend, delay, adjust, reverse or withhold any payment where fraud, abuse, manipulation, suspicious activity, policy violations, compliance concerns, reporting discrepancies, identity concerns or other risks are suspected.

Such reviews may be conducted without prior notice.

Chargebacks, Reversals and Adjustments

Where transactions are reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, cancelled, invalidated or otherwise determined to be ineligible, PRV.CAM reserves the right to reverse, deduct, recover or offset corresponding amounts from current or future earnings.

This right survives account closure, suspension, termination or cessation of cooperation.

Rolling Reserve and Security Reserve

PRV.CAM may establish rolling reserves, security reserves, compliance reserves, fraud reserves or operational reserves at its sole discretion.

Reserved amounts may be held for periods determined by PRV.CAM to address potential disputes, chargebacks, compliance investigations, payment reversals, legal obligations, fraud risks or other business risks.

No interest shall accrue on reserved funds unless required by applicable law.

Set-Off Rights

PRV.CAM may offset any amounts owed to a creator against any debts, liabilities, obligations, damages, penalties, fees, costs, chargebacks, reversals or other amounts owed by the creator to PRV.CAM.

Such rights apply regardless of whether obligations arise under this Policy, another agreement or applicable law.

Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for determining, reporting, filing and paying all taxes, duties, levies, social contributions, reporting obligations and governmental charges applicable to their activities.

PRV.CAM does not provide tax advice and assumes no responsibility for creator tax obligations.

PRV.CAM may request tax documentation where required by law, compliance obligations or operational procedures.

Account Suspension or Termination

Suspension, restriction, investigation or termination of an account may result in delayed, withheld, adjusted or denied payments where deemed necessary by PRV.CAM for legal, compliance, operational, fraud prevention or business purposes.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to determine whether any outstanding balances remain eligible for payment.

No Fiduciary Relationship

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating a fiduciary, trustee, banking, investment, custodial or financial advisory relationship between PRV.CAM and any creator.

All financial arrangements are governed solely by applicable agreements, policies and operational procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, delayed payments, payment interruptions, processor failures, banking failures, currency losses, tax consequences, chargebacks, account restrictions, compliance actions or any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or related to earnings or payment activities.

Indemnification

Creators agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, assessments, investigations, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from payment disputes, tax obligations, financial reporting obligations, fraud, chargebacks, reversals, compliance violations or creator-related financial activities.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the right to modify, replace, amend or update this Policy at any time. Continued participation following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
