Technology Platform Only

PRV.CAM operates as a technology, administration, support, analytics, marketing and creator assistance platform.

PRV.CAM provides tools, onboarding assistance, reporting systems, marketing support, traffic development services, payment coordination services, affiliate systems, technical integrations and related operational services.

PRV.CAM does not operate as a content production company, content publisher, talent agency, employment agency, recruitment agency, management company, financial institution, investment advisor, legal advisor, accounting advisor or regulatory authority.

Independent Creator Status

All creators associated with PRV.CAM are independent individuals operating independently and making their own business decisions.

Creators determine their own schedules, activities, locations, content, availability, participation decisions and business practices.

PRV.CAM does not supervise, direct, control or manage the day-to-day activities of creators.

Nothing within PRV.CAM services, policies, agreements, communications or operational procedures shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, franchise relationship or fiduciary relationship between PRV.CAM and any creator.

No Content Production or Ownership

PRV.CAM does not create, produce, direct, script, commission, supervise or otherwise control creator-generated content.

Creators remain solely responsible for all content, communications, activities, representations and conduct associated with their accounts and activities.

PRV.CAM does not claim ownership of independently created content except where expressly provided by separate written agreements.

The existence of technical support, administrative support, marketing support, payment coordination, onboarding assistance or platform integration services shall not be interpreted as ownership, authorship, editorial control or responsibility for creator-generated content.

No Employment Relationship

PRV.CAM does not employ creators unless expressly stated in a separate written employment agreement signed by authorized representatives.

Creators are responsible for their own taxes, regulatory obligations, licensing requirements, immigration obligations, business registrations, reporting requirements and legal compliance obligations.

PRV.CAM assumes no responsibility for creator employment status, contractor status or legal classification in any jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Earnings

PRV.CAM makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding earnings, revenue, commissions, audience growth, traffic levels, account approval, account performance, monetization opportunities, business success, profitability or financial outcomes.

Any examples, projections, estimates, historical results, testimonials or promotional materials are provided solely for informational purposes and shall not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

No Responsibility for Third-Party Platforms

PRV.CAM may integrate with, support or interact with third-party platforms, service providers, payment processors, communication systems, marketing providers, analytics providers and other independent entities.

PRV.CAM does not own, operate or control such third-party services and assumes no responsibility for their availability, performance, policies, decisions, restrictions, account actions, payment actions, technical failures or business practices.

Nothing provided by PRV.CAM constitutes legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial advice, immigration advice, regulatory advice or professional consulting services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Users and creators should seek advice from qualified professionals regarding their individual circumstances.

User Responsibility

Users, creators, affiliates and other participants are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, content, communications, compliance obligations, business activities, financial activities and legal obligations.

Participation in any activity associated with PRV.CAM occurs voluntarily and at the participant's own risk.

No Warranty

PRV.CAM and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM disclaims all warranties, representations and guarantees, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranties relating to availability, reliability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, profitability or uninterrupted operation.

Users and creators acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with their participation and activities.

Indemnification

Users, creators, affiliates, partners and other participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, investigations, damages, losses, penalties, fines, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from their activities, content, conduct, legal obligations, regulatory obligations, business activities or use of PRV.CAM services.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace or update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
