Law Enforcement Request Policy

This Law Enforcement Request Policy ("Policy") describes how PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us") may respond to requests, inquiries, demands, notices, orders and other communications received from law enforcement agencies, governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, courts, prosecutors, administrative agencies and other competent authorities.

This Policy is intended to promote transparency regarding PRV.CAM's approach to legal requests while protecting the privacy, security, rights and legitimate interests of users, creators, affiliates, partners and other participants interacting with PRV.CAM services.

General Principles

PRV.CAM seeks to comply with applicable laws and lawful legal processes while maintaining appropriate safeguards for privacy, confidentiality, security and due process.

PRV.CAM evaluates requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to assess the validity, scope, jurisdiction, proportionality and legal basis of any request before taking action.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation to disclose information beyond what is required by applicable law or lawful legal process.

Independent Review of Requests

PRV.CAM reserves the right to review, verify and assess all requests received from governmental authorities, law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts and other entities.

PRV.CAM may require clarification, supplemental information, supporting documentation, jurisdictional information or legal process documentation before responding to a request.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to reject, challenge, narrow, defer or decline requests where permitted by law.

Lawful Process Requirement

Except where prohibited by law or where emergency circumstances reasonably require immediate action, PRV.CAM may require appropriate legal process before disclosing information.

Such legal process may include court orders, warrants, subpoenas, production orders, judicial authorizations, regulatory notices or other legally recognized instruments depending on the applicable jurisdiction and circumstances.

PRV.CAM reserves the sole right to determine whether a request satisfies applicable requirements.

Jurisdictional Considerations

PRV.CAM may receive requests from authorities located in multiple jurisdictions.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to consider applicable laws, jurisdictional authority, international cooperation mechanisms, conflict-of-law issues, data protection requirements, contractual obligations and other legal considerations before responding to any request.

PRV.CAM may decline requests originating from jurisdictions lacking appropriate legal authority or recognized legal process.

Emergency Requests

In circumstances involving imminent threats to life, serious bodily harm, child safety concerns, human trafficking concerns, credible threats of violence, significant security incidents or other extraordinary emergencies, PRV.CAM may evaluate requests for expedited review.

PRV.CAM reserves sole discretion in determining whether circumstances constitute an emergency requiring expedited consideration.

Nothing in this Policy obligates PRV.CAM to disclose information in response to emergency requests.

Information That May Be Disclosed

Subject to applicable law and lawful legal process, PRV.CAM may disclose information reasonably necessary to respond to a valid request.

Such information may include account information, registration information, verification information, transaction records, payment-related information, communication records, technical logs, IP address records, usage records, compliance records or other information maintained by PRV.CAM.

Disclosure decisions shall be determined by PRV.CAM based upon applicable legal requirements and operational considerations.

Information Not Maintained

PRV.CAM can only disclose information actually maintained, possessed or reasonably accessible to PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM shall not be responsible for information maintained exclusively by third-party platforms, payment processors, service providers, hosting providers, communication providers or other independent entities.

Requests concerning third-party data may need to be directed to the relevant provider.

User Notification

Where legally permitted and operationally appropriate, PRV.CAM may notify affected users regarding requests for information.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to withhold notification where prohibited by law, court order, regulatory directive, confidentiality obligation, emergency circumstances, fraud prevention concerns, safety concerns or operational considerations.

PRV.CAM shall have no obligation to provide notice in any particular case.

Preservation Requests

PRV.CAM may receive requests to preserve information, records, logs, documents, communications or other materials pending legal proceedings or investigations.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to evaluate such requests and determine appropriate preservation measures consistent with applicable law and operational capabilities.

Cooperation with Authorities

PRV.CAM may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, financial institutions, payment processors, compliance organizations and other competent authorities where legally required or where reasonably necessary to protect public safety, prevent fraud, address security concerns, investigate unlawful conduct or protect the legal interests of PRV.CAM.

Such cooperation does not imply endorsement of any investigation, allegation or legal position.

Cross-Border Requests

PRV.CAM may receive requests involving individuals, activities or records located in multiple jurisdictions.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to require the use of appropriate international legal assistance procedures, mutual legal assistance treaties, judicial cooperation mechanisms or other legally recognized channels before responding to certain cross-border requests.

Confidentiality of Requests

PRV.CAM may maintain the confidentiality of legal requests, investigations, communications and related information where required by law, court order, contractual obligations, compliance requirements or operational considerations.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to determine the extent of any disclosure concerning such requests.

No Duty to Investigate

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for PRV.CAM to independently investigate allegations, verify claims, monitor users, conduct surveillance or initiate enforcement actions on behalf of governmental authorities.

PRV.CAM reserves sole discretion regarding any voluntary review or investigation activities.

Reservation of Rights

PRV.CAM reserves all rights available under applicable law, contractual agreements, platform policies and operational procedures.

Nothing in this Policy limits PRV.CAM's ability to protect its legal, operational, compliance, security or business interests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for disclosures, non-disclosures, delays, legal compliance actions, preservation actions, user notifications, absence of notifications, responses to lawful requests, refusal of requests or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to legal requests, governmental inquiries or law enforcement activities.

Indemnification

Users, creators, affiliates and other participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, investigations, damages, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from governmental requests, legal proceedings, regulatory actions, law enforcement inquiries or information disclosures associated with their activities.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
