Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the PRV.CAM Affiliate Program ("Program") and constitute a legally binding agreement between PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us") and any individual or entity participating in the Program ("Affiliate", "you" or "your").

By registering for, accessing or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, as well as any applicable policies, agreements and operational procedures established by PRV.CAM.

Program Overview

The Program allows eligible Affiliates to promote PRV.CAM, its services, programs, creator opportunities, marketing initiatives or related offerings through approved promotional activities.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise relationship or fiduciary relationship between PRV.CAM and any Affiliate.

Affiliates act solely as independent contractors.

Enrollment and Approval

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict or terminate any application, account or participation request at its sole discretion, with or without explanation and with or without prior notice.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are solely responsible for their promotional activities, marketing methods, communications, advertising practices, legal compliance and business operations.

Affiliates must ensure that all promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, advertising standards, intellectual property requirements and applicable contractual obligations.

PRV.CAM assumes no responsibility for Affiliate conduct or promotional activities.

Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, abusive, unlawful or unethical promotional practices.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation, spam, unsolicited communications, false advertising, misleading claims, impersonation, trademark abuse, unauthorized use of intellectual property, cookie stuffing, click fraud, automated traffic generation, incentivized traffic, fraudulent registrations, fake accounts, bot activity, traffic manipulation, search engine abuse, domain squatting, brand bidding where prohibited, unauthorized redirects and any activity intended to artificially generate commissions or manipulate Program performance.

PRV.CAM reserves the sole right to determine whether conduct constitutes prohibited activity.

Self-Referral Prohibition

Affiliates may not generate commissions through self-referrals, self-registration, self-purchases, accounts controlled directly or indirectly by the Affiliate, family members, related parties, affiliated entities or any arrangement intended to circumvent Program rules.

PRV.CAM reserves the sole right to determine whether transactions constitute self-referrals or related-party activity.

Commission Eligibility

Commissions, revenue shares, referral bonuses and other compensation may be awarded only for transactions, registrations, conversions or activities deemed valid by PRV.CAM.

No commission shall be considered earned, vested or payable until fully validated by PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to reject, invalidate, reverse, adjust or cancel any commission for any reason deemed appropriate for compliance, operational, fraud prevention, accounting, legal or business purposes.

Commission Determination

All commission calculations, reporting systems, tracking methodologies, attribution rules and performance measurements shall be determined exclusively by PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM may modify commission structures, rates, qualification requirements, attribution models, reporting procedures and payment methodologies at any time.

Official records maintained by PRV.CAM shall be considered final and controlling.

Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate tracking may rely upon cookies, referral links, tracking identifiers, attribution systems, third-party technologies, analytics systems and other technical mechanisms.

PRV.CAM does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, accurate attribution, complete recording of referrals or error-free operation of tracking technologies.

PRV.CAM shall not be liable for tracking failures, attribution disputes, technical errors, browser restrictions, device limitations or third-party technology issues.

Fraud Review and Investigation

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to investigate any Affiliate activity, referral source, traffic source, conversion pattern, commission claim or account behavior.

Affiliates may be required to provide documentation, records, explanations, traffic information, marketing materials or other information reasonably requested by PRV.CAM.

Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of commissions or other enforcement actions.

Reversals and Adjustments

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to reverse, deduct, offset, withhold or cancel commissions arising from invalid traffic, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, refunds, reversals, compliance concerns, duplicate accounts, reporting corrections, accounting adjustments, policy violations or any other circumstance deemed relevant by PRV.CAM.

Such adjustments may occur before or after payment and may apply to current or future earnings.

Payment Conditions

Affiliate payments are subject to the applicable Earnings & Payment Policy, payment eligibility requirements, verification procedures, minimum payout thresholds and operational procedures established by PRV.CAM.

No payment obligation exists until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

Intellectual Property

PRV.CAM may provide Affiliates with certain promotional materials, trademarks, logos, graphics, links, branding assets or other marketing resources.

Affiliates receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable authorization to use approved materials solely for participation in the Program.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to revoke such authorization at any time.

No Exclusivity

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms grants exclusivity, territorial rights, market protection, guaranteed opportunities or preferential treatment.

PRV.CAM may operate competing programs, engage other Affiliates or conduct its own promotional activities without restriction.

Account Suspension and Termination

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, remove or terminate any Affiliate account, participation status, commission eligibility or Program access at any time, with or without notice and for any reason or no reason, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions where permitted by applicable law and where violations, fraud risks, compliance concerns or operational risks are identified.

No Warranty

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

PRV.CAM makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding Program performance, commission opportunities, conversion rates, revenue generation, tracking accuracy, business outcomes or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost opportunities, tracking failures, reporting discrepancies, payment delays, account restrictions, Program modifications, Program termination or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, investigations, penalties, fines, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from Affiliate conduct, promotional activities, legal violations, policy violations, intellectual property disputes, advertising activities or participation in the Program.

Modifications

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace, suspend or terminate the Program and these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws governing the legal entity operating PRV.CAM. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the registered operator of PRV.CAM, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
