Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of conduct, professionalism, safety and responsible participation expected from all users, creators, affiliates, partners and other participants interacting with PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us").

PRV.CAM seeks to maintain a lawful, professional, respectful and secure environment that supports independent creators, protects users and promotes responsible participation across all services, systems and communication channels.

These Guidelines supplement, but do not replace, the Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Compliance Policy and other applicable PRV.CAM policies.

Respect for Others

All participants are expected to treat others with professionalism, courtesy and respect.

Harassment, intimidation, threats, abuse, stalking, discrimination, hate speech, malicious conduct, personal attacks, bullying or other harmful behavior is not permitted.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to determine whether conduct violates these standards.

Lawful Participation

Users and creators must comply with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations relevant to their activities.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities remain lawful within their respective jurisdictions.

PRV.CAM does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for participant compliance obligations.

Adult Participation Only

Participation in creator-related activities is restricted to individuals who have reached the legally required age within their jurisdiction.

Any attempt to misrepresent age, identity or eligibility may result in immediate enforcement action.

PRV.CAM maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage participation.

Authenticity and Transparency

Participants should provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with PRV.CAM.

False identities, impersonation, misleading information, fraudulent representations, forged documentation or deceptive conduct are prohibited.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to require verification and supporting documentation at any time.

Creator Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for their content, conduct, communications, business decisions, legal compliance and interactions with third parties.

Creators are expected to act professionally and responsibly while using services associated with PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM does not supervise, direct or control creator activities and does not assume responsibility for independently created content.

Consent and Personal Boundaries

All interactions, collaborations and activities must be voluntary and consensual.

Participants must respect the personal boundaries, privacy, autonomy and decisions of others.

Coercion, manipulation, exploitation, intimidation, pressure or attempts to override consent are prohibited.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Participants should respect the privacy of others and protect confidential information obtained through PRV.CAM.

Unauthorized disclosure of personal information, private communications, confidential business information or sensitive records is prohibited.

Participants are expected to use information responsibly and lawfully.

Intellectual Property Respect

Participants must respect copyrights, trademarks, branding rights, image rights, publicity rights and other intellectual property rights.

Users may not use content, branding or materials without appropriate authorization.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to address intellectual property concerns consistent with applicable policies.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Participants may not engage in fraud, abuse, manipulation, deceptive conduct, artificial traffic generation, payment abuse, referral abuse, affiliate fraud, account sharing, identity fraud or any activity intended to gain unfair advantages.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate and address suspected misconduct.

Professional Communication

Communications with PRV.CAM personnel, creators, affiliates, users, partners and service providers should remain professional and respectful.

Abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory or disruptive communications may result in enforcement action.

Reporting Concerns

Participants are encouraged to report safety concerns, policy violations, fraud concerns, abuse concerns, security issues or other matters affecting the integrity of the platform.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate reports and determine appropriate action based upon available information.

Platform Integrity

Participants should use PRV.CAM services in a manner consistent with their intended purpose.

Users may not interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, compromise security systems or engage in activities that may negatively impact the platform or its participants.

Third-Party Services

PRV.CAM may interact with third-party platforms, providers and technologies.

Participants remain solely responsible for compliance with the rules, policies and requirements established by such third parties.

PRV.CAM does not guarantee approval, acceptance, monetization, availability or continued access on third-party services.

Enforcement

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to review conduct, investigate concerns and take enforcement action where violations of these Guidelines or other applicable policies are identified.

Enforcement actions may include warnings, restrictions, content removal, account suspension, payment holds, account termination or other measures deemed appropriate by PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM shall not be obligated to provide warnings, explanations, evidence or appeal opportunities except where required by applicable law.

No Obligation to Monitor

PRV.CAM may, but is not obligated to, monitor conduct, communications, content or activities associated with its services.

The absence of monitoring or enforcement shall not be interpreted as approval, endorsement or authorization of any activity.

Community Values

PRV.CAM encourages professionalism, integrity, personal responsibility, lawful participation, transparency, respect for others, responsible business practices and compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

These values are intended to support a safe and sustainable environment for all participants.

Reservation of Rights

PRV.CAM reserves all rights available under applicable law, contractual agreements, platform policies and operational procedures.

Nothing in these Guidelines limits PRV.CAM's ability to protect its legal, operational, security, compliance or business interests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for participant conduct, creator conduct, user conduct, policy enforcement decisions, account restrictions, content removal, community disputes, interpersonal conflicts or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in the PRV.CAM community.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace or update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
