This Compliance & Safety Policy ("Policy") describes the compliance, safety, integrity, risk management and responsible operating principles maintained by PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us").

PRV.CAM is committed to maintaining a lawful, responsible and secure operating environment for creators, users, affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers and other participants interacting with PRV.CAM services.

This Policy applies to all users, creators, applicants, affiliates, business partners and other individuals or entities interacting with PRV.CAM.

Commitment to Legal Compliance

PRV.CAM seeks to operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, industry standards and compliance requirements applicable to its business activities.

Users, creators and affiliates remain solely responsible for compliance with laws, regulations and obligations applicable within their own jurisdictions.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as legal advice, regulatory advice or a guarantee of legal compliance for any individual participant.

Adult-Only Participation

PRV.CAM maintains a strict adult-only participation policy.

All creators, applicants and participants must have reached the age of majority applicable within their jurisdiction and must be legally permitted to participate in relevant activities.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to require age verification, identity verification and supporting documentation at any time.

Any suspected violation involving minors may result in immediate account restriction, suspension, termination, record preservation and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

Identity Verification and Risk Controls

PRV.CAM may implement identity verification, age verification, compliance screening, fraud prevention procedures, risk assessments, account reviews and other compliance measures deemed necessary to protect the platform and its participants.

Participation in PRV.CAM services may be conditioned upon successful completion of verification procedures.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to deny, restrict or terminate participation where compliance concerns cannot be reasonably resolved.

Consent and Voluntary Participation

PRV.CAM supports lawful, voluntary and consensual participation in all creator-related activities.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, activities and collaborations are lawful, voluntary and consensual.

PRV.CAM does not permit coercion, exploitation, intimidation, threats, trafficking, forced participation or any conduct that undermines informed consent.

Human Trafficking and Exploitation Prevention

PRV.CAM maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced labor, unlawful confinement, abuse, intimidation, extortion, blackmail and related activities.

Any account, activity or conduct reasonably suspected of involvement in such practices may be subject to immediate enforcement action.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators and compliance organizations regarding such matters where legally permitted or required.

Fraud Prevention

PRV.CAM actively seeks to identify, prevent and mitigate fraud, abuse, manipulation, deceptive conduct, identity misrepresentation, payment fraud, referral fraud, affiliate fraud, account abuse and other forms of misconduct.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to investigate suspicious activity and take any action deemed appropriate to protect operational, legal, financial or security interests.

Financial Compliance

PRV.CAM may implement financial controls, transaction monitoring, payment reviews, fraud screening, reserve procedures, reporting reviews and other operational measures designed to manage financial risks.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to delay, suspend, review, reserve, adjust or withhold payments where compliance concerns, fraud risks, reporting discrepancies or operational risks are identified.

Sanctions and Restricted Activities

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to restrict or prohibit access to services where participation may violate applicable sanctions, export controls, regulatory restrictions, financial restrictions or other legal requirements.

PRV.CAM may conduct compliance reviews and may request information reasonably necessary to assess eligibility for participation.

Safety Reporting

Users, creators and affiliates are encouraged to report suspected violations of applicable laws, platform policies, safety concerns, exploitation risks, fraud concerns, identity concerns or other matters affecting platform integrity.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate reports and determine appropriate action based upon available information.

Content Safety

PRV.CAM supports compliance with applicable content standards and maintains policies intended to reduce risks associated with unlawful, harmful, exploitative or prohibited content.

Creators remain solely responsible for the content they create, publish, distribute or otherwise make available.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to restrict, suspend, remove or terminate accounts or content where compliance or safety concerns arise.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

PRV.CAM may interact with, support or integrate with third-party platforms and service providers.

Creators remain solely responsible for compliance with all policies, standards, contractual obligations and legal requirements imposed by such third parties.

PRV.CAM does not guarantee approval, acceptance, monetization, account status or continued access on any third-party platform.

Data Protection and Security

PRV.CAM may implement technical, organizational and administrative safeguards designed to protect systems, users, records, infrastructure and operational processes.

While PRV.CAM endeavors to maintain appropriate security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online services and electronic communications.

Investigations and Enforcement

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to investigate conduct, activities, accounts, transactions, reports, communications and compliance concerns.

PRV.CAM may request documentation, explanations, records, verification materials or other information reasonably necessary to assess compliance and safety concerns.

Failure to cooperate may result in enforcement action.

Enforcement Measures

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, to restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, disable or otherwise limit access to services, accounts, content, payments, programs or platform functionality.

Enforcement actions may be taken for legal, compliance, operational, reputational, fraud prevention, safety, security or business reasons.

PRV.CAM shall not be obligated to provide warnings, explanations, evidence, remediation opportunities or appeals except where required by applicable law.

Cooperation with Authorities

PRV.CAM reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, governmental authorities, financial institutions, payment providers, compliance organizations and other competent entities where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal, safety, security or operational interests.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation to disclose information beyond what is required or deemed appropriate under applicable circumstances.

No Guarantee of Detection

While PRV.CAM may implement compliance procedures, verification processes, fraud detection systems, monitoring technologies and risk-management controls, no system can guarantee the detection, prevention or elimination of all violations, fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or unlawful conduct.

Users acknowledge that compliance and safety systems have inherent limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for unlawful conduct, creator conduct, user conduct, fraud, misrepresentation, content violations, third-party actions, regulatory actions, enforcement actions, compliance reviews, investigations, safety incidents or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to compliance or safety matters.

Indemnification

Users, creators and affiliates agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, investigations, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from violations of law, policy violations, fraud, misrepresentation, safety incidents, compliance failures or activities conducted through PRV.CAM services.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, replace or update this Compliance & Safety Policy at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
