Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of PRV.CAM, including all websites, applications, systems, content, services, communication channels, creator onboarding processes, administrative tools and related technologies operated or provided by PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us").

By accessing, browsing, registering with or using PRV.CAM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and all related services.

Eligibility

PRV.CAM is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and who are legally permitted to access adult-oriented content, services and information. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

PRV.CAM does not guarantee earnings, audience size, traffic levels, commercial success, creator growth, account approval, platform acceptance, continued availability of third-party services or any specific business outcome.

Users acknowledge that results vary significantly depending on individual circumstances, market conditions, audience behavior, platform policies and numerous factors outside the control of PRV.CAM.

Independent Creator Status

Creators utilizing PRV.CAM services are independent individuals and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners or legal affiliates of PRV.CAM unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives.

Creators maintain full control over their content, schedules, working methods, locations, communications and business decisions. Creators are solely responsible for compliance with laws, regulations, tax obligations, licensing requirements and reporting obligations applicable within their jurisdictions.

Nothing within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or fiduciary relationship between PRV.CAM and any creator.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when interacting with PRV.CAM. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, protecting devices used to access services and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Verification and Compliance

PRV.CAM reserves the right to request identity verification, age verification, address verification, supporting documentation or additional information at any time for compliance, security, fraud prevention or operational purposes.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension, restriction, termination or denial of access without compensation or liability.

Third-Party Services

PRV.CAM may integrate with, connect to, promote or otherwise interact with third-party platforms, software providers, payment providers, verification providers, hosting providers, communication systems and external services.

PRV.CAM does not own, control or assume responsibility for third-party services and makes no warranties regarding their availability, functionality, legality, security, policies or performance.

Users acknowledge that use of third-party services is subject to the separate terms, policies and conditions established by those providers.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use PRV.CAM for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activities, identity misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, harassment, threats, exploitation, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, circumvention of security measures or any activity that may damage PRV.CAM, its users, service providers or business partners.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators or other authorities when deemed appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All software, systems, trademarks, branding, designs, databases, business methods, documentation, content, graphics, source code, interfaces and related materials made available through PRV.CAM remain the exclusive property of PRV.CAM or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

No rights, licenses or ownership interests are transferred except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written agreement.

Platform Availability

PRV.CAM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous operation, error-free functionality, permanent accessibility, compatibility with any device or freedom from defects.

Services may be modified, suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time without prior notice and without liability to any user.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, contractors, affiliates, service providers and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or special damages arising from or related to platform use, inability to access services, loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, account suspension, third-party actions, security incidents, data loss, technical failures or any other event beyond reasonable control.

Users acknowledge that access to and use of PRV.CAM occurs entirely at their own risk.

Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, judgments, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to their conduct, content, actions, omissions, legal violations or use of the platform.

Termination

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, remove or terminate any account, application, service access or relationship at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination shall not affect rights, obligations, liabilities, indemnities or provisions intended by their nature to survive termination.

No Warranty

PRV.CAM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, representations and guarantees, whether express, implied or statutory, are expressly disclaimed.

PRV.CAM does not warrant that services will meet expectations, achieve desired outcomes or operate without interruption, delay, error or security vulnerabilities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws determined by the legal entity operating PRV.CAM, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where legally permitted, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts having jurisdiction over the registered operator of PRV.CAM.

Modifications

PRV.CAM reserves the right to amend, modify, replace or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
