Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules, restrictions, requirements and standards governing access to and use of PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us"), including all websites, applications, systems, services, communication channels, creator programs, administrative tools, technical resources and related technologies.

This AUP applies to all users, creators, applicants, visitors, partners, contractors and any other individuals or entities interacting with PRV.CAM.

By accessing or using PRV.CAM, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.

Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this AUP is to protect PRV.CAM, its users, creators, service providers, business partners, infrastructure, reputation and legal interests by establishing standards for lawful, responsible and appropriate use of services.

Users are expected to act responsibly, lawfully and in good faith when accessing or using any PRV.CAM service.

Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, governmental requirements, court orders, administrative decisions, sanctions, licensing requirements and industry standards applicable within their jurisdictions.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to or use of PRV.CAM is lawful in their location.

PRV.CAM assumes no responsibility for a user's legal obligations, compliance requirements or regulatory status.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use PRV.CAM in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful or unauthorized activities.

Without limitation, prohibited activities include fraud, identity theft, impersonation, document forgery, unauthorized account access, hacking, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized data collection, harassment, threats, extortion, blackmail, stalking, intimidation, illegal gambling, money laundering, sanctions violations, terrorism-related activities, human trafficking, exploitation, unlawful financial activity, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations and any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Age Restrictions

Access to creator-related services is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and who are legally permitted to participate in applicable activities.

Any attempt to access services using false age information, fraudulent identification documents or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload, transmit, distribute, promote, reference, facilitate or otherwise engage in activities involving minors, non-consensual conduct, coercion, violence intended to cause harm, human trafficking, exploitation, illegal activities, fraud, hate speech, terrorism, unlawful discrimination or any content prohibited by applicable law.

Users remain solely responsible for all content, communications and activities associated with their accounts and conduct.

Account Integrity

Users may not create accounts using false identities, misleading information, stolen credentials or unauthorized personal information.

Users may not transfer, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise provide unauthorized access to accounts without prior written authorization from PRV.CAM.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to require verification at any time.

System and Network Abuse

Users may not interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, impair or compromise PRV.CAM systems, networks, infrastructure, databases, services, applications or security mechanisms.

Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access attempts, penetration testing without authorization, denial-of-service attacks, automated abuse, scraping, data harvesting, reverse engineering, circumvention of security controls or any activity that may negatively impact service availability, performance or security.

Commercial Misuse

Users may not use PRV.CAM in a manner that competes with, exploits, misappropriates or improperly benefits from PRV.CAM systems, intellectual property, business methods, confidential information, operational processes or commercial relationships.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sublicensing or commercial exploitation of PRV.CAM services is prohibited.

Intellectual Property Protection

Users may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or other proprietary rights belonging to PRV.CAM or third parties.

Users must possess all rights, permissions and authorizations necessary for any content, materials or information they provide or distribute.

Privacy and Data Protection

Users may not collect, store, process, disclose, sell, share or otherwise use personal information obtained through PRV.CAM except as expressly authorized by applicable law and PRV.CAM policies.

Unauthorized collection or misuse of personal information is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Services

Users remain solely responsible for compliance with the terms, conditions, policies and requirements imposed by any third-party services, platforms, providers or partners connected with their activities.

PRV.CAM does not assume responsibility for third-party actions, decisions, policies or requirements.

Investigations and Compliance Reviews

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to request documentation, information, records, explanations or other materials reasonably necessary to assess compliance.

Failure to cooperate with compliance reviews may result in enforcement action.

Enforcement Rights

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, disable or otherwise limit access to accounts, services, content, programs or relationships where it determines that a violation may have occurred or where such action is deemed necessary for legal, operational, compliance, security, reputational or business reasons.

PRV.CAM shall have no obligation to provide warnings, explanations, evidence, remediation opportunities or appeals except where required by applicable law.

Reporting Obligations

Users who become aware of suspected violations of this AUP are encouraged to report such information through official communication channels.

PRV.CAM may investigate reports and take any action deemed appropriate based upon available information.

Cooperation with Authorities

PRV.CAM reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, governmental authorities, compliance organizations, financial institutions, service providers and other entities where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal, operational or security interests.

No Obligation to Monitor

PRV.CAM may monitor, review, investigate or assess activity occurring through its services but is under no obligation to do so.

The absence of monitoring, enforcement or intervention shall not be interpreted as approval, authorization, endorsement or acceptance of any activity.

Reservation of Rights

PRV.CAM reserves all rights not expressly granted under applicable agreements, policies and law.

Any failure to enforce a provision of this AUP shall not constitute a waiver of any right, remedy or enforcement authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for enforcement actions, account restrictions, account terminations, content removals, service limitations, investigations, compliance reviews, business interruptions, financial losses, reputational impacts or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from implementation or enforcement of this AUP.

Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, investigations, penalties, fines, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from violations of this AUP or activities conducted by users through PRV.CAM services.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the right to modify, amend, replace or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
