Age Verification Policy

PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to preventing access to its services by minors and ensuring that all creators, applicants, users and participants meet applicable age requirements established by law, industry standards, contractual obligations and platform policies.

This Age Verification Policy describes the procedures, requirements and standards applicable to all individuals who access, use, apply for or participate in any creator-related, account-related or platform-related activity provided by PRV.CAM.

Minimum Age Requirement

All creators, applicants and users must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and must be legally permitted to participate in the activities for which access is requested.

Under no circumstances may any person under eighteen (18) years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law, access creator-related services, submit applications, participate in onboarding procedures or engage in any creator activity through PRV.CAM.

Where local law establishes a higher age requirement than eighteen (18), the higher age requirement shall apply.

Mandatory Verification Requirement

All creator applications are subject to verification procedures before access may be granted to creator-related services, support programs, account management services, promotional services or any other operational functions.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to require age verification, identity verification and supporting documentation at any time before, during or after any creator relationship.

Verification requirements may be modified, expanded or repeated at any time at the sole discretion of PRV.CAM.

Accepted Documentation

PRV.CAM may require government-issued identification documents, passports, national identity cards, residence permits, driver's licenses, biometric verification, photographic verification, video verification, proof of residence documentation or any additional information reasonably deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, risk management, security or legal purposes.

Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval, acceptance or continued access.

Ongoing Verification

Verification is not a one-time event.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to conduct additional reviews, request updated documentation, require renewed verification procedures or perform supplementary compliance checks whenever deemed necessary.

Creators and users must cooperate fully with all verification requests.

Creator Representations and Warranties

Each creator represents, warrants and continuously affirms that all information submitted to PRV.CAM is accurate, complete, current and truthful.

Each creator further represents and warrants that all content, activities, appearances, collaborations, communications and related materials involve only individuals who have reached the legally required age and who have provided valid consent where applicable.

Creators bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with all age-related legal requirements applicable to their activities.

Third-Party Verification Providers

PRV.CAM may utilize third-party verification providers, compliance service providers, identity verification services, fraud prevention systems or other external technologies to assist with verification procedures.

PRV.CAM makes no representation or warranty regarding the performance, availability or decisions of such providers.

Verification decisions may rely partially or entirely upon information obtained through third-party systems.

Right to Refuse or Revoke Access

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, suspend, restrict, remove or terminate access to any individual for whom age, identity, eligibility, authenticity or compliance cannot be reasonably verified.

PRV.CAM shall not be obligated to provide explanations, evidence, documentation, reports or justification regarding verification decisions except where required by applicable law.

Fraud, Misrepresentation and False Documentation

Submission of false, altered, forged, manipulated, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information constitutes a material violation of PRV.CAM policies and agreements.

Where fraud, misrepresentation or attempted circumvention of verification procedures is suspected, PRV.CAM reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access, retain records, refuse future applications and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators, service providers and other relevant entities where legally permitted.

No Guarantee of Detection

While PRV.CAM implements verification procedures designed to reduce the risk of underage participation and identity fraud, no verification process can guarantee absolute accuracy or detect every instance of fraud, deception, impersonation, identity theft or document falsification.

Users acknowledge that verification systems have inherent limitations and may rely upon information supplied by third parties or applicants themselves.

Reporting Suspected Violations

Any individual who becomes aware of information suggesting that an underage person may have accessed, attempted to access or participated in any creator-related activity should immediately notify PRV.CAM through official communication channels.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate all reports and take any action deemed appropriate.

Record Retention

Verification records, compliance documentation, audit materials and related information may be retained for compliance, security, legal, evidentiary, operational and business purposes for periods determined by PRV.CAM and applicable legal requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending upon jurisdiction, legal obligations, contractual requirements, risk assessments and operational considerations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or exemplary damages arising from or related to verification procedures, verification decisions, denied applications, delayed reviews, document requests, account restrictions, account termination, verification failures, fraudulent documentation, identity theft or actions taken in good-faith reliance upon information received during verification processes.

Indemnification

Users and creators agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, investigations, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from false representations regarding age, identity, eligibility, consent, documentation or legal capacity.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the right to modify, amend, replace or update this Age Verification Policy at any time. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
