Content Compliance Policy

PRV.CAM ("PRV.CAM", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to maintaining a lawful, responsible and compliant operating environment. This Content Compliance Policy establishes the rules, standards and requirements applicable to all creators, applicants, users, visitors, partners and any individual or entity interacting with PRV.CAM services.

This Policy applies to all content, communications, materials, information, profiles, media, activities and interactions associated with PRV.CAM, regardless of the platform, technology, service or communication channel through which such content is created, transmitted, distributed or made available.

Independent Content Responsibility

Creators are solely and exclusively responsible for all content, materials, communications, activities and conduct associated with their accounts, profiles and online presence.

PRV.CAM does not create, direct, supervise, script, produce, commission, control or approve creator content.

PRV.CAM functions solely as a technology, administration, support and marketing services provider. The existence of any support relationship, promotional relationship, account assistance or technical integration shall not be interpreted as ownership, authorship, editorial control, approval or endorsement of creator content.

Each creator remains solely responsible for determining whether their content complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, platform policies and community standards.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

All users and creators must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, court orders, administrative decisions, governmental requirements and industry standards applicable within their respective jurisdictions.

Where local laws impose stricter requirements than those described in this Policy, the stricter requirements shall apply.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their activities are lawful in the jurisdictions where they reside, operate, access services or distribute content.

Adult-Only Content Requirement

Any content involving human participants must involve only individuals who have reached the legally required age in the relevant jurisdiction and who possess full legal capacity to participate.

Under no circumstances may any content involve, depict, reference, promote, suggest or imply the participation of minors.

Any suspected violation of this requirement may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, preservation of records and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

Consent Requirement

All content must be created voluntarily and with the informed consent of all participating individuals.

Creators are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining and preserving all necessary permissions, authorizations, releases and records demonstrating lawful participation.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to request evidence of consent, participation rights or related documentation at any time.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action without notice:

Content involving minors or individuals who cannot legally provide consent; non-consensual content; coercive conduct; exploitation; human trafficking; forced participation; threats; blackmail; extortion; sexual violence; physical violence intended to cause harm; torture; abuse; criminal activity; fraud; identity theft; harassment; hate speech; terrorism; extremist content; unlawful drug distribution; illegal weapons trafficking; content violating intellectual property rights; content violating privacy rights; content involving unauthorized recording or distribution of private material; and any content prohibited by applicable law.

Illegal Activities

Users and creators may not use PRV.CAM services to facilitate, encourage, promote, organize or participate in unlawful activities.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, service providers and other competent authorities where legally permitted or required.

Verification and Documentation

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to request documentation, records, evidence, certifications, releases, identification documents, age verification records or any other information reasonably necessary to assess compliance.

Failure to provide requested information may result in restriction, suspension, termination or removal from any program, service or platform relationship.

Monitoring and Enforcement

PRV.CAM may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, investigate, assess or evaluate content, accounts, activities, reports, complaints or compliance concerns.

The absence of monitoring, review or enforcement action shall not be interpreted as approval, endorsement, authorization or acceptance of any content or activity.

PRV.CAM reserves the unrestricted right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate relationships or take any other action deemed appropriate for compliance, legal, operational, reputational or risk-management purposes.

Reporting Violations

Users who become aware of suspected violations of this Policy are encouraged to report such concerns through official communication channels.

PRV.CAM may investigate reports at its sole discretion and may determine appropriate action based upon available information.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

PRV.CAM may interact with, support or integrate with third-party platforms, services and technologies.

Creators remain solely responsible for complying with the terms, policies, community guidelines, contractual obligations and compliance requirements established by such third parties.

PRV.CAM does not guarantee acceptance, approval, visibility, monetization, account status or continued access on any third-party platform.

Intellectual Property Compliance

Creators must possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses and authorizations required to create, publish, distribute and use content.

Users may not upload, distribute or utilize content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, database rights or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

PRV.CAM reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts based on intellectual property complaints, infringement claims or legal notices.

No Editorial Control

PRV.CAM does not function as a publisher, producer, creator, employer, manager, director or owner of creator-generated content.

Any assistance provided by PRV.CAM, including technical support, marketing support, onboarding assistance, traffic development, reporting services, analytics or administrative services, shall not create editorial responsibility or legal responsibility for creator content.

Creators remain solely responsible for the content they create, publish, distribute or otherwise make available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for creator content, user content, third-party content, user conduct, creator conduct, compliance failures, legal violations, regulatory actions, investigations, penalties, account restrictions, platform decisions or any damages arising directly or indirectly from content-related activities.

Users acknowledge that PRV.CAM provides technology and support services only and does not assume responsibility for independently created content.

Indemnification

Users and creators agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRV.CAM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors and service providers from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, investigations, penalties, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to content created, published, distributed, transmitted or otherwise made available by such users or creators.

Reservation of Rights

PRV.CAM reserves all rights not expressly granted under its policies, agreements and applicable law.

PRV.CAM may modify, interpret, enforce, waive, update or amend this Policy at its sole discretion and at any time.

Policy Updates

PRV.CAM reserves the right to revise, replace, amend or update this Content Compliance Policy at any time without prior notice where permitted by law. Continued use of PRV.CAM services following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
